What to bring: Water Bottle, Pen, Notebook, Warm Clothes, Snacks, Yoga Mat
When to arrive: 06:40am - 6:45am
Who for: Anyone over the age of 18, seeking personal growth, connection and a desire to improve mental and physical health.
